This caused her to have a stroke when she was 3 days old, and was later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy. Lily has already surpassed the life expectancy of those with her same conditions and she continues to be a fighter, despite all she has gone through. She’s a source of inspiration to those around her.

Lily’s birthday parties are called “Birthday Blessings Parties,” to celebrate and give back to their community and loved ones. Lily always asks for a donation to something instead of gifts for herself. What a selfless and amazing idea! This year her family collected snacks for “Munchies for Smiles,” a free snack bar on the pediatric floor of her local hospital. 

Baker Rachel West created a magical Elf-themed wonderland cake for Lily’s Eighth Birthday Blessings Party. Lily’s favorite movie is Elf, a Christmas movie about an elf in New York City. The beautiful and delicious cake made the event even more special!
