This episode of The Sweet Smiles Podcast is a little different—and deeply personal.

As her son Vincent Gregory’s 10th birthday approaches, Chelsea steps out of the host’s chair to share her own story: Vincent’s short but extraordinary life, the grief of losing a child, learning how to celebrate while still grieving, and the acts of kindness that have carried her family through the last ten years.

From strangers celebrating Vincent’s birthday to a mysteriously mowed lawn, a simple “V for Vincent,” and an Icing Smiles cake made in his honor, Chelsea reflects on something she has learned firsthand: kindness doesn’t have to be big to matter. Sometimes the smallest gesture becomes part of someone’s story forever.

This episode is a celebration of Vincent, a thank-you to the people and organizations who helped his family smile when smiling felt impossible, and a challenge to all of us:
