Andrea Mangold of Kalli Cakes in Deleware, OH, created this AMAZING Mickey Mouse cake for a child with Menke's disease. We provided her with minimal notice and we expected a very simple cake. What she created was one of the best Mikey cakes we have ever seen. Apparently, the family thought so as well. They e-mailed her asking how to preserve Mickey because they didn't want to eat him. I hope Andrea took that as a compliment....we sure did.
