More than a year ago we came across the facebook page of Cakes by Erin in Haverhill, MA. We loved her worked and decided to reach out. We didn't want to wait until there was a request in her area. Erin and her sister Kelly, responded immediately and emotionally to our request. We finally received a request in her area and it was worth the wait. Erin created this amazing cake for Jake. Jake is one of 3 healthy siblings to Bridgette, who has just been diagnosed with mitochondrial disease after years of being medically fragile.
